Gift Card Purchase and Usage Terms

1. General Provisions

1.1. The gift card remains the property of SIA “GRM” until it is fully redeemed.
1.2. Use of the gift card signifies that the customer has read and agrees to these terms.

2. Validity Period and Use

2.1. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2.2. The validity period of the card cannot be extended, except in the cases described in Section 6.
2.3. The value of the gift card is indicated on the gift card envelope.
2.4. The gift card may be redeemed over multiple purchases until the total value has been fully used.

3. Redeeming the Gift Card

3.1. The gift card can be used to pay for services and products provided by SIA “GRM” – Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel and the “HIO” restaurant at Golfa iela 1, Piņķi.
3.2. The gift card cannot be used at the LuxGolf Pro Shop store.
3.3. The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
3.4. The gift card must be redeemed in person at Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel.

4. Payment Procedure

4.1. If the purchase amount exceeds the remaining balance of the gift card, the difference can be paid using another payment method.
4.2. If the purchase amount is less than the remaining balance, the unused amount will remain on the card for future use.
4.3. No cash refunds are issued for the gift card, either in full or in part.

5. Loss or Damage of the Card

5.1. Lost, damaged, or destroyed gift cards will not be replaced and any remaining balance will not be reimbursed.
5.2. The customer is responsible for keeping the card in a safe place until redemption.

6. Gift Card Extension

6.1. A gift card may be extended no later than 3 months after its expiration date.
6.2. The card may be extended for a period not exceeding 6 months, and the extension may be used only once.
6.3. Extending the gift card is a paid service — EUR 10.00 (including 21% VAT).
6.4. To request an extension, the customer must contact info@jurmalagolf.com

or call +371 6716 0300.
6.5. The extension is processed after payment has been made, and the card can only be extended in person at the SIA GRM “Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel” reception.

7. Other Provisions

7.1. SIA “GRM” reserves the right to amend the Gift Card Terms by publishing the updated version on the company’s official website www.jurmalagolf.com

7.2. In case of disputes, the latest updated version of the terms shall prevail.
